Whats Down Portlet ZenPack
This zenpack adds a simple portlet which lists "Down" Devices (devices with failed ping counts).

Background
Please note due to a bug http://dev.zenoss.org/trac/ticket/7832 in zenoss portlets installed in link mode don't work. You will need to export the Zenpack into an .egg and install that to test.
